Clarke S. Martin is an accomplished trial lawyer. Following two years of service as a federal judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, Clarke entered private practice and dedicated herself to cultivating a nuanced understanding of criminal advocacy and procedure. She is committed to delivering strategic, client-focused defense grounded in legal expertise and courtroom practice.

Having tried multiple felony cases to verdict in state and federal court, Clarke has the skills and experience to stand beside her clients in pursuit of the best possible outcome in every case.
